Die Umr\u00fcstung von einem gro\u00dfen Eintrommler auf einen Sechs-Trommel-Drehmanipulator f\u00fcr hohen Durchsatz und Serienfertigung l\u00e4sst sich in wenigen Minuten komfortabel bewerkstelligen. Die optionale Verschiebung des Elektronenstrahlgenerators bietet maximale Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Strahlpositionierung auf dem Werkst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Die Werkst\u00fcckbeobachtung erfolgt mit dem leistungsstarken FOCUS SEM Mode \"Scan &amp; View\" oder auf traditionellem optischen Weg mit einer Kamera-Objektiv-Kombination. Mehrere radiale oder axiale Schwei\u00dfungen innerhalb eines Vakuumzyklus sind m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dreh- und Kippbewegung:<\/strong><br> Die modulare Kipp- und Drehvorrichtung erm\u00f6glicht eine Schr\u00e4gstellung der Drehvorrichtung bei radialen oder axialen Schwei\u00dfungen. Das Kippen der Drehvorrichtung erm\u00f6glicht einen einfachen Zugang zur Ausf\u00fchrung von Kehln\u00e4hten oder anderen speziellen Schwei\u00dfgeometrien mit anspruchsvollen Spezifikation. Ein minimales mechanisches Spiel der Drehvorrichtung in Kombination mit einem pr\u00e4zisen x- y- Tisch gew\u00e4hrleistet eine freie 3D interpolierte Werkst\u00fcckpositionierung zum Schwei\u00dfen oder zur Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die Drehvorrichtung \u00fcber einen breiten inneren Durchgang. Dies erm\u00f6glicht ein einfaches Positionieren und Schwei\u00dfen von langen Rotationsteilen.
