Es handelt sich um eine neue Technik, die die bekannten Vorteile des Laserschwei\u00dfens mit denen einer Niederdruckumgebung kombiniert. Die Schwei\u00dfanlage kann mit verschiedenen Lasertypen in einem weiten Leistungsbereich ausgestattet werden, und durch die Vakuumumgebung wird ein viel stabileres Dampfkapillare ohne Plasmafackel und Spritzer erreicht. Der weite Druckbereich von 0,1 bis 100 mbar reicht aus, um beeindruckende Schwei\u00dfergebnisse zu erzielen und mindestens die doppelte Schwei\u00dftiefe im Vergleich zum Laserschwei\u00dfen an Atmosph\u00e4re zu erreichen.  Cu, Ti und viele weitere Werkstoffe k\u00f6nnen mit der LaVa auf dem Leistungsniveau des Elektronenstrahlschwei\u00dfens geschwei\u00dft werden, das nun auch f\u00fcr magnetische und isolierende Werkstoffe zur Verf\u00fcgung steht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Vakuumbedingungen sorgen f\u00fcr eine wesentlich bessere Entgasung und verhindern die Oxidation des Werkst\u00fccks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
