Insbesondere dann, wenn es um das zuverl\u00e4ssige Schwei\u00dfen von Getriebeteilen f\u00fcr LKW, Traktoren und anderen Fahrzeuge geht. Zahnr\u00e4der arbeiten unter hohen Belastungen und die Festigkeit der Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte ist entscheidend f\u00fcr den langfristigen Betrieb und die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit. Im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Schwei\u00dfverfahren, die gro\u00dfe Fl\u00e4chen stark erhitzen und das Material verformen k\u00f6nnen, minimiert EBW die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der W\u00e4rmeeinflusszone. Durch diese Pr\u00e4zision bleiben die urspr\u00fcngliche Geometrie und Ausrichtung der Zahnr\u00e4der erhalten, was f\u00fcr einen reibungslosen Betrieb und eine effiziente Kraft\u00fcbertragung von entscheidender Bedeutung ist. Selbst eine kleine Verformung eines Zahnrads kann zu \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Verschlei\u00df oder mechanischen Fehlern f\u00fchren, daher ist die Aufrechterhaltung der Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit von entscheidender Bedeutung. Materialien wie 18CrNiMo7-6, 16MnCr5 und andere traditionelle \u201eAutomobil\u201c-Legierungen k\u00f6nnen mithilfe des Elektronenstrahls perfekt geschwei\u00dft werden. Da EBW im Vakuum durchgef\u00fchrt wird, wird verhindert, dass die Schwei\u00dfzone durch Sauerstoff und andere Gase beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird. Dies verhindert die Bildung von Oxiden und verbessert die Qualit\u00e4t der Verbindung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird aufgrund der minimalen W\u00e4rmeeinflusszone im Vergleich zu anderen Schwei\u00dfmethoden das Risiko von Mikrorissen und anderen Defekten, die die Schwei\u00dfnaht erm\u00f6glichen. Zahnr\u00e4der haben oft eine erhebliche Dicke und erfordern einen Schwei\u00dfprozess, der das Material bis in gro\u00dfe Tiefe verschwei\u00dfen kann, ohne dass Hohlr\u00e4ume oder Defekte entstehen. Das Elektronenstrahlschwei\u00dfen ist f\u00fcr diese Aufgabe die beste L\u00f6sung, da der sog. Tiefschweisseffekt das Bauteil zuverl\u00e4ssig  tief aufschmelzt und so eine Verbindung der beiden Partner Kranz und Welle erm\u00f6glicht. Dies ist besonders wichtig, um dauerhafte Verbindungen zu schaffen, die hohen mechanischen Belastungen standhalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
