Precise welding of dissimilar materials is a standard task for FOCUS electron beam welding machines. Electron beam welding is the most suitable welding process for highly reactive metals with a melting point above 3000 °C (zirconium, titanium, tungsten, niobium and others) and high thermal conductivity. It is electron beam welding that allows the most precise control of the joining process and, consequently, of the final result.
