A new chapter for our electron beam and laser welding business
SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH has completed the spin-off of its electron beam and laser welding business to the newly founded ELEXON BEAM GmbH.
ELEXON BEAM has commenced operations and is now continuing the business independently, with full responsibility for all operational activities.
Continuity for customers and partners
ELEXON BEAM is led by former members of the business unit, so the experienced technical team, familiar contacts, and many years of accumulated know-how remain in place. Customers can continue to rely on the full range of established services, including technical service, maintenance, repairs, and job shop welding.
The existing production facilities and infrastructure for job shop welding and equipment manufacturing also remain in operation, so proven manufacturing capabilities are available immediately, with no need to build up new capacity. In equipment manufacturing, ELEXON BEAM brings its deep expertise in electron beam and laser welding technology to new projects and customized technical solutions.
Administrative and commercial processes will be aligned with the new corporate structure.

SPECS fully supports this step and is working closely with ELEXON BEAM to ensure a smooth handover of ongoing projects and business activities.
